This one-day conference will bring together South Asian specialists from a spectrum of theoretical and disciplinary perspectives to discuss the nature of South Asian ritual landscapes in multiple time periods, as well as the variety of approaches and methods useful for investigation. The scholarly goal of the conference will be to create interdisciplinary relationships and integration around these themes, advancing South Asian studies across our disciplines as inspired by leading South Asian specialists from other institutions.
